    I was looking for reliable and flexible support solution for my print store krash4e.in.ua. People involved in printing business know that it’s quite challenging to build relationship with customers. It’s a common issue when customer sends you inappropriate mock-ups for printing, you open these files next day and announce this bad news to customer. Angry customer damns you as you took his time. With DiamanteDesk I created special rules for tickets with attached mockups and now I can immediately react for such letters. Tickets with mockups get in special branch and assigned for responsible designers and they check quality of these mock-ups and solve problems immediately without time wasting.
    Pros: Free, flexible, open source
    Cons: Installation can be quite challenging for non-tech users
